RETURN POLICY AND EXCHANGE
: : Returns and exchanges are only considered when the customer receives the defective or defective product.

: : The exchange for another piece of the same value will have free shipping. The exchange for a piece with a lower value will result in credit for future purchase or refund of the difference by bank transfer within 10 days from the request/proof. If the part has a value higher than the damaged one, it must be paid by the customer.
: : In case of exchange for a part in stock, the shipping period will be 15 days from the request/proof. In case of exchange for a part to be produced, the period will be approximately 60 days.
